Trade program

Stockholm Edition operates as a focused resource for professionals engaged in interior design, construction, and spatial planning. Our program is tailored for designers, architects, and contractors who require materials that meet specific standards of quality, durability, and aesthetic coherence. Access is granted through a streamlined process that emphasizes clarity, efficiency, and alignment with the needs of commercial environments.

Eligibility and Participation

Eligibility extends to licensed designers, architects, and contractors actively engaged in projects requiring wallcoverings for commercial, institutional, or residential applications. Participation requires a verified professional profile, including credentials, project history, and a clear statement of intent to use our materials in accordance with industry best practices. Upon approval, participants gain access to our curated inventory, sample programs, and direct support from our team.

Memo Samples and Material Review

Our sample program is designed to facilitate informed decision-making. Memo samples—small, representative swatches of selected materials—are available for approved participants at no cost. These samples are dispatched within five business days of request and include detailed specifications, including material composition, durability ratings, and application guidelines. For larger-scale reviews, full-width samples can be requested, though these are subject to a nominal fee and require prior coordination.

Lead Times and Delivery

Standard lead times for orders range from 10 to 15 business days, depending on the complexity of the material and volume requested. Expedited production is available for urgent projects, subject to a surcharge and availability of stock. All deliveries are managed through a dedicated logistics team, ensuring timely and secure transport to the specified location. Custom-print options, when available, may require extended lead times and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Terms and Payment Structure

Approved participants are extended NET-30 terms, contingent on a verified account and a history of timely fulfillment. Invoices are issued upon order confirmation, with payment due within 30 days of delivery. For bulk orders or long-term partnerships, alternative payment structures may be negotiated, subject to approval by our finance team. All transactions are processed through secure channels, with transparent tracking and documentation provided at each stage.

Custom-Print Availability

Custom-print options are available for select materials, subject to technical feasibility and approval by our design team. Requests must include detailed specifications, including color palettes, pattern repetition, and application surfaces. Custom-print production is limited to materials that align with our core standards, ensuring consistency in performance and longevity. A minimum order quantity applies, and lead times for custom-print items are typically 20–30 business days.

Parent Relationship and Resource Access

Stockholm Edition is part of the Designer Wallcoverings family, a resource established in 1996 to serve the design and construction industries. This relationship provides access to a vast inventory, specialized knowledge, and direct support from a team with over two decades of experience. While Stockholm Edition curates its own selections, the parent organization ensures depth of stock, real samples, and a dedicated point of contact for all inquiries. This
